AZAB (Azores and Back)

The Azores and Back is a Category 1 ocean yacht race, with the two legs totalling 2,400 miles as ‘the crow flies’. This international ocean race is for all comers. Whether an experienced racer sailing a high-performance boat, or a local cruisers in need of an adventure, the AZAB provides a challenge. The start will be on Saturday, 3rd June 2023. It’s not all about the voyage! In both Falmouth and Ponta Delgada there will be plenty of opportunity to socialise with fellow competitors, RCYC members and at numerous functions arranged at both locations.
